Blue reflective dog harness with paw-print patch

I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Salina Public Library on Elm Street. It's a medium size nylon harness with a bright lime-green reflective stripe and a small yellow paw-print patch on the chest strap. The plastic buckle has a little wear and there’s a faint scratch along the D-ring, but it’s still in decent shape. There’s no tag or owner info attached, I checked quickly. If this belongs to your pup, please reach out so I can get it back to you. It looks important and I’d hate for someone to lose it for good.
