Found: Holiday decorations in Sacramento
Hey, I’m Alex Kim. I found a tote of holiday decorations lying on the sidewalk along the Sacramento Riverfront near Tower Bridge, around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday. Inside there were garlands, a string of lights, a couple of red bows, and a small Santa figurine. It looked like someone had set it down in a hurry while loading decorations into a car, and I thought about how disappointed they’d be if it disappeared before Christmas. I tucked the tote into a safe spot on nearby public seating and left a note here so the owner can reconnect through the site. I’m glad I could help return someone’s festive stash.
Black Bellroy passport holder with red edge stitching
I found a black Bellroy passport holder this afternoon around 3:45pm near the Amtrak entrance at Sacramento Valley Station, off I Street. It's a slim, genuine leather sleeve about 5 by 4 inches, with distinctive red edge stitching and an RFID-blocking pocket. Inside there's a small Global Voyages sticker and a faint initials engraving 'AR' on the inner pocket. It looks lightly used but in good condition. I can drop it off at the station's lost-and-found or meet somewhere nearby; I know someone traveling through Sacramento will be worried about losing it, and I'd love to help get it back.
Lost bright orange beach umbrella with white polka dots at Sacramento beach by the river.
I lost a bright orange beach umbrella with white polka dots while enjoying a day out at the Sacramento beach by the river. It was a windy day and it got away from me when I was setting up. If anyone has seen it, I'd really love to get it back!
