Bright green budgie with blue cheeks, lost

I lost my bright green budgie yesterday around 3pm near the Riverwalk behind the Discovery Center on State Street in Rockford. It's a small parakeet, about 5 inches tall, with blue cheeks, a yellow beak, and a blue cap. He wears a tiny orange leg band with the number 42, and there's millet seeds dusting his chest from nibbling today. This bird was a gift from my grandmother and means the world to me, so I’m really hoping someone saw him and can message me if they spot him.
