Lost travel bags near Glen Miller Park, Richmond.
Last night at 7:15 p.m., I realized my travel bags were missing after I paused at the Glen Miller Park entrance on Main Street in Richmond. I retraced my steps through the Depot District and back toward the creek, hoping I’d just set them down on a bench, but they were gone. The bags are a matte black duffel with a red strap and a small gray carry-on inside, stuffed with clothes and a few photos from a trip abroad. Losing them feels like losing a piece of my plans for the summer, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed they’re somewhere safe and will turn up.

Yesterday around 3pm I left my navy blue North Face Borealis backpack outside the Starbucks on Cary Street in Carytown, Richmond. It's a mid-sized bag in good shape, with a small white fox patch on the front pocket and a bright orange carabiner clipped to the top loop. The main zipper pull is red. Inside I had my science notes, a cracked phone charger, and a RVA sticker I've had for years. It has sentimental value — those photos from family trips are inside. I misplaced my small green backpack at the Richmond train station on Thursday. It has some distinctive floral patches sewn onto the sides and contains my laptop charger and a couple of notebooks. I found a black backpack at Richmond park yesterday afternoon. It looks brand new and has some fun patches on it. I opened it up and it appears to belong to a student, as there are a few books of a college level inside along with a laptop charger. If you recognize this bag, please reach out to me!
