Found black leather handbag with makeup items and initials 'J.D.' in front of the Green Grille café.

Description

I found a black leather handbag in front of the Green Grille café in Providence, Rhode Island while I was walking my dog yesterday. It looks like it has some valuable items inside, possibly belonging to a professional woman. There are also a few makeup items peeking out, and one of the pockets has a name tag with the initials 'J.D.' on it. I want to return it to its rightful owner.
