Found black leather briefcase with documents and laptop near Rhode Island State House.

Description

I found a black leather briefcase near the Rhode Island State House yesterday evening. It was just sitting on a bench, and I didn't see anyone around to claim it. The briefcase looks fairly new and has a few important-looking documents inside, along with a laptop. I suspect it belongs to someone who was in the area for work.
