Found gold signet ring with initials engraved

I was walking back from the riverfront this afternoon around 3:15pm when I found a gold signet ring near the Reno Riverwalk by Wingfield Park. The ring is solid 14K gold, about 6-7mm wide, a bit worn with a small scratch along the outer edge. The inside is engraved with the initials 'J.P.' and the outside edge has a tiny crescent moon carved near the setting.
