Cream ceramic table lamp with navy shade

I found a cream ceramic table lamp this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Home Depot on Kietzke Lane in Reno. It's a tall lamp with a smooth cream ceramic base, a brass neck, and a navy fabric shade that has a gentle crease along the top edge. There are a couple of unique marks: a small scratch on the brass stem and a tiny chip on the shade edge, plus a black felt pad on the bottom.
