Red Columbia rain jacket lost near Sundial Bridge, Redding

I lost my red Columbia rain jacket yesterday around 3pm near the Sundial Bridge on Market Street, by Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding. It's a size large, waterproof, with a bright red shell, a navy zipper, and a small reflective stripe on the chest. There's a tiny tear at the left cuff and a faint coffee stain inside the front pocket from this morning's spill.
