Lost men's black down jacket with a small tear near the right pocket, possibly left at a picnic area in Whiskeytown National Recreation Area.

I lost my black down jacket while hiking in the Whiskeytown National Recreation Area last weekend. It has a small tear near the right pocket and is a Men's size large. I think I might have left it at one of the picnic areas, but I'm not entirely sure. It's pretty cold outside, so I’m hoping someone might have come across it.
