Blue US passport found near Target on West Main

I found a passport this afternoon around 2:15pm near the entrance of Target on West Main Street in Rapid City. It's a dark blue United States passport with the gold seal on the cover. There’s a small coffee ring on the back cover and a tiny circular ship-wheel sticker on the inside front cover. Nothing personal is visible at a glance, just these marks that might help the owner recognize it.
