Sunlit yellow cockatiel with orange cheeks

I lost my sunlit yellow cockatiel yesterday around 6pm. He’s a friendly guy named Sunny, with gray wings, bright orange cheek patches, and a white-tipped tail. He wears a small blue leg band with 'A12' imprinted and loves to perch on my shoulder when I whistle. I last saw him near UNC on Franklin Street, outside a coffee shop by the Varsity Theatre, bouncing between benches and a dog park area.
