Blue passport with photo page, Quad Cities

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 5:30pm near the riverfront by the Centennial Bridge in Davenport, Quad Cities. It's the standard blue cover with the Great Seal, and the photo page is intact, but there's a small crease along the bottom edge. There's a coffee stain on the back cover and a tiny sticker from a work trip tucked inside. This passport has sentimental value because I was planning a big trip next year, and I really need it back.
