Lost & found passports in Port Huron

Lost passports near Blue Water Bridge area

I was grabbing a quick coffee at a small café on Military Street around 3:50 PM yesterday when I realized my passports weren't in my bag. I had walked along the riverfront near Fort Gratiot Lighthouse and must have left the black leather sleeve on a chair. The sleeve is plain black with a tiny scratch near the corner and a photo page tucked inside. I'm anxious because I have a flight next week, and the thought of losing these documents makes my stomach knot up.
