Found dresses near Blue Water Bridge, Port Huron

At about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, I spotted a garment bag tucked behind a bench near the Liberty Street lot by the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron. Inside were two dresses—one navy satin and one floral maxi—plus a pair of shoes and a small makeup bag. There was a note about an upcoming event, and it looked like someone might have been rushing to get ready. I handed them in at the Port Huron Lost and Found, hoping the owner will see this and claim them.
