Found black leather shoulder bag with personal items near Plattsburgh Airport.

Description

I found a black leather shoulder bag by the curb near the Plattsburgh Airport around 3 PM yesterday. It looks like it has some personal items inside, including a small wallet and a keychain. It could belong to someone who was recently traveling, as I also saw a luggage tag with a name that looks familiar but wasn't too legible. Hoping to return it to its owner!
