Black JBL Flip 5 speaker found

Found a black JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 3:45pm in the parking lot behind the Champlain Centre mall on Woodruff Street, Plattsburgh. It's roughly the size of a soda can, cylindrical, with a rugged fabric cover and a small dent along the top edge. A red JBL badge sits on the front, and a blue fabric strap is attached to the carry handle. There's a small sticker on the bottom with the initials 'A.R.' and a blue micro-USB cable tucked underneath.
