Found holiday decorations in Oakland
Found a tote of holiday decorations around 6:30 p.m. today in Oakland, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. I was walking home from a class near the Cathedral of Learning on Forbes Avenue when I spotted a box on the curb outside a brownstone; inside were garlands, lights, a wreath, and a red velvet bow. They looked festive, as if someone was mid‑decorating and forgot to bring them inside. I’m posting here in case they belong to someone else and will leave them by the lamppost for now.
Lost bright green umbrella at bus stop
I forgot my umbrella at the PRT Liberty Ave. / 9th St. bus stop today (04/25/26) at 5:40pm. It is bright green with a black C-shaped handle and should say “Amedysis” on the outside when opened up. I left it leaning against the building by one of the big floor-to-ceiling windows. If anyone finds it I’d be very grateful!
Black RFID passport wallet with initials SK
I found a black RFID passport wallet this evening around 6:45 pm near Market Square, downtown Pittsburgh, just outside the PPG Place entrance. It's a slim leather wallet, roughly the size of a paperback passport holder, with a matte finish and a tiny brass zipper pull. Inside, there are a few cards and a faded boarding-pass stub, and the inside pocket is stamped with the initials 'SK' in silver ink. The burgundy lining still adds a splash of color and the whole thing looks a little worn but usable. If this belongs to you, I’m happy to drop it off at the Market Square information desk or we can arrange a quick meetup downtown to return it.
