LOST: I was at the Capitol Building steps in Pierre around 9:15 a.m. today, tying a navy blue silk tie before a job interview, and somehow it slipped from my collar as I walked toward Main Street. It’s a simple thing, but it mattered to me for the day. The tie has a thin silver tie-pin and a small logo on the lining; it's not just any tie—it was a gift from my grandmother.
