Small leopard gecko in clear enclosure found near Market Street

I found a small leopard gecko this afternoon around 2:15pm along the Riverfront Trail behind Market Street in downtown Parkersburg (Parkersburg-Marietta area). It's about 4 inches from head to tail, tan with irregular dark brown spots and a pale yellow belly, and it's in a clear plastic enclosure with a tiny heat mat and a small hide. There’s a faint crescent-shaped scar above the left foreleg—easy to spot if you know the gecko. I found it near the Market Street Plaza area, close to the pedestrian bridge by the river.
