Red Nike hoodie, size M, white drawstrings

I lost my red Nike hoodie, size M, yesterday around 3pm near Riverside Park by the Market Street entrance in Parkersburg. It's a well-worn fleece with white drawstrings and a small snag on the left cuff. On the inside hem there's a tiny pink lipstick stain, and the inner tag has my initials 'PP' embroidered. It was a gift from my sister, so it feels really sentimental, and I’d be grateful to have it back.
