Friday around 6:15 PM, I realized my Breeds was missing along the Parkersburg riverfront near the Blennerhassett Island ferry dock. It’s a small weathered folder with a blue cover and my initials on the spine. I retraced the riverwalk toward Market Street, hoping the wind hadn’t carried it away toward the food trucks.
