Found pair of black and red rollerblades near the skate area in a park in Parkersburg-Marietta.

I found a pair of black and red rollerblades in the park near the skate area while I was out for a jog yesterday. They seem to be in good condition, but they looked like they had been left there for a while. I wanted to make sure they get back to their owner, so I’m posting this here. They were found in Parkersburg-Marietta.
