DeWalt 20V cordless drill kit with two batteries

I found a DeWalt 20V Max cordless drill kit this afternoon around 2:30pm in the parking lot behind the Parkersburg Farmers Market on Market Street. It's black and yellow, compact, with two batteries, one of which has blue painter's tape with the initials 'MR' on it. The chuck guard has a small dent and there's a light layer of dust from being stored in a shed. I can tell it was recently used but not ruined, and I know someone out there is missing it—especially if they recognize the tape mark.
