Blue speckled ceramic mug with chipped rim

I lost my blue speckled ceramic mug yesterday around 3:15pm near Riverfront Park, Market Street side in Parkersburg-Marietta. It's a 12-ounce handmade mug from a local pottery studio, glazed deep blue with white speckles. There's a tiny chip on the rim and a star-shaped sticker on the base that reads 'Studio H'. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value and I really need it back. If anyone found it, please reach out—I'd be so grateful to get it back.
