Bright green budgie with red leg band

I lost my bright green budgie yesterday around 3pm. He's a small parakeet about 5 inches long, with a lime-green body, yellow belly, and a tiny blue patch on his left wing; he also wears a red leg band with the initials MK. I last saw him near the Multicentro on Calle 50 in Obarrio, and he tends to perch on balconies along that stretch.
