Black floor-length gown with rhinestone belt

I found this black, floor-length gown this afternoon around 3:15pm outside Mizner Park in Boca Raton. It's a size M, black satin maxi by Adrianna Papell, with a delicate silver rhinestone belt at the waist. The dress has a deep V-neck and a clean, elegant silhouette; there's a tiny snag on the inner lining near the zipper. The gown is in great condition overall and looks like it was worn for a special occasion.
