I found a small brown hamster wandering around in a pet carrier left near the playground in South Park, Oxford. The carrier has a small hole for ventilation, and inside, there were some chew toys and some food. If you recognize this little guy, please reach out to me. I'm a bit concerned about its owner looking for it.
