Pink reflective dog harness with leash

I found a pink reflective dog harness with a red nylon leash this afternoon around 3:30pm behind the Smothers Park riverfront area on Frederica Street in Owensboro. The harness is size small, pink with reflective piping, and it has a tiny green paw-print patch on the inside. The leash is about four feet long and shows a bit of fraying near the handle, with a small metal ring where a tag used to be. There’s a faint scent of wet fur on the lining, which makes me think a dog was recently wearing it. If this belongs to you, drop me a message here and we can arrange pickup near the Riverwalk.
