Orange tabby cat found near Towne Square

I found a friendly orange tabby cat with white paws outside the Kroger on Frederica Street, near Towne Square, this afternoon around 3:10pm. The cat is medium-sized, has bright green eyes, clean fur, and is wearing a blue nylon collar with a tiny silver bell. It has a small notch in its left ear and white socks on its front paws—really distinctive. It wandered near the parking lot, then settled by the store entrance, clearly comfortable around people. I gave it some tuna and a few pets, and it followed me for a moment before I brought it to a safe shaded area to wait for its owner. If this is your cat, please reach out so we can reunite you.
