Passport lost near Smothers Park, Owensboro

Hi, I'm Jamie Collins. I realized my passport was missing after I checked out around 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while I walked the Ohio Riverfront toward Smothers Park to catch the sunset. It's in a black leather sleeve with a red cover and there's a small sticker of a horse on the back. I must have dropped it somewhere along the riverwalk, possibly near the RiverPark Center. This is Jordan Miles. I misplaced a small stack of old photographs around 3:45 p.m. on Sunday near Smothers Park along Owensboro’s riverfront.
