White ID card with blue border and sea turtle sticker

I lost my white plastic ID card yesterday around 3pm near the Jennette's Pier parking lot in Nags Head. It's a standard-size card with a thin blue border, my photo on the left, and the name 'Alex Rivera' in bold along the top. The back has a small coffee stain and a tiny sea turtle sticker I put there last summer. It’s the library/studying ID I use for borrowing books and campus access, and it has sentimental value because my grandmother helped me get it. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back!
