Blue VIP concert ticket for Outer Banks Music Fest

I lost my blue VIP concert ticket for the Outer Banks Music Fest yesterday around 3pm. It's a glossy blue card with a silver holographic strip along the top and VIP printed in bold. The print shows Section VIP, Row A, Seat 12, and the back has a small red festival sticker. I had it in my jacket pocket after I grabbed a coffee near the Wright Brothers National Memorial in Kill Devil Hills. It was a gift from my sister and I really need it back—if someone finds it, please reach out.
