Blue Shimano 6ft6in fishing rod with KT initials

Lost my blue Shimano 6ft6in fishing rod yesterday around 3pm. I think it was near the Wright Brothers National Memorial parking lot in Kill Devil Hills, probably still in the gravel by the entrance road. It has a black foam handle and a small dent near the reel seat, plus a bright yellow zip-tie with the initials KT on the rod. This rod was a gift from my dad, so it carries a lot of sentimental value, and I really need to get it back.
