Navy parka with orange lining, lighthouse patch

I found a navy blue North Face parka this afternoon around 2:45pm near Mo's Restaurant on US-101 in Newport, Oregon. It's a medium, knee-length coat with an orange fleece-lined hood and a small lighthouse patch on the left sleeve. The cuffs show a little wear and the zipper pull sticks sometimes, but otherwise it's in solid shape. It looks like the kind of coat someone on the windy Oregon Coast would rely on, especially around Nye Beach.
