Light gray tote bag with red strap

I found a light gray tote bag this afternoon around 2:50pm behind Mo's Seafood & Chowder on the Newport Bayfront. It's a medium canvas bag, about 14 by 12 inches, with a bright red strap and a blue striped lining visible at the top. There's a small coffee stain on the bottom corner and a faded enamel star pin on the inside pocket—easy to spot.
