Lost hand tools on the Oregon Coast

I was hiking along Cannon Beach around 7:15 PM last Saturday when my small hand-tool pouch slipped from my belt. Inside were a hammer, a tape measure, and a couple of screwdrivers—nothing fancy, but everything I rely on for small repairs around the house. The wind whipped off the Pacific near Haystack Rock, and the light was fading as the tide rolled in. I’m hoping someone picked up the pouch near the tide pools by the seawall and handed it in at the visitor center; those tools carry memories of weekend projects for neighbors and friends.
