Dark blue U.S. passport with Great Seal

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my dark blue U.S. passport was missing somewhere around the Oneonta Public Library on Main Street. It's a standard passport booklet, navy blue cover, with a small coffee stain along the bottom edge and a slightly bent corner from being tucked in a wallet. I keep it for international trips and it's essential for my travel plans, so I’m really worried about the delay if it isn’t found. If anyone turned it in or picked it up, please let me know—there's a sentimental value attached as it was a gift from my grandmother, and I’ll be forever grateful to get it back.
