Lost photographs along Oneonta Main Street
I’ve been sorting through a batch of photographs from a family trip when I realized a set was missing. I last had them around 2:40 PM on Tuesday, outside the Oneonta Public Library on West Main Street, near the fountain with the benches. The collection includes several colorful prints from last summer and a couple of black-and-white portraits, all tucked into a brown envelope. Those photos mean a lot to us, and I’m hoping a kind stranger picked them up and kept them safe until they could be returned through the site.
Found iPad Air in blue case near Book Nook
I found a silver iPad Air with a blue protective case this afternoon, around 3:15 pm, outside Book Nook on Main Street in Oneonta. The device is in decent shape, with a couple of tiny dents at the corners and a faint scratch along the top edge. The case has a white star sticker and the initials 'L.P.' written inside the cover. The home screen shows a few photos from a family trip to a lake last summer, which makes me think someone cherishes it. I lost my hardcover edition of 'To Kill a Mockingbird' while walking near the library in Oneonta. I was sitting on a bench reading and must have left it behind when I got up. It has a blue cover with a small tear on the spine. I'm heartbroken as it was a gift from my grandmother.
