On Sunday at about 4:17 PM, I was wandering through the Old Market area of Omaha, near the riverfront, when I spotted a small black case tucked behind a bench by the street musicians. I picked it up and checked for any ID, and realized someone must be missing it. Inside was a handheld game device and a console-style controller, with a few scratches that tell me it’s been through a lot of adventures. I asked around at a nearby coffee stand and a couple of passersby, but no one claimed it, so I brought it to the downtown lost-and-found desk at the government center this evening. I hope the owner recognizes it soon.
