I lost my student ID somewhere between the Old Market and the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge on Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. I had stopped for a quick coffee at a shop on 12th Street, then wandered back toward the riverfront. When the sun dipped behind the skyline, I realized it was missing and retraced my steps through the brick lanes and the makeshift farmers market stalls. The card matters for campus access and meals, and I’m anxious about replacing it before orientation next week. It has my photo and my name along with a few numbers I can’t replace easily.
