Black tote bag with pink lining

I found a black canvas tote bag this afternoon around 2:30 pm near the Market Street entrance to Old Market Square in Nottingham. It’s a medium-sized tote, a bit worn but usable, with a bright pink lining that shows when you unzip it. There’s a small white tag on the outer corner with the name 'Mia' written in cursive. Inside I spotted a spiral notebook with a floral cover, a compact umbrella, and a set of keys on a pink keyring. The bag seems to be in decent condition and I’d really like to help the owner get it back if this is theirs.
