Lost red bolt cutter with scratched handle and duct tape near hinge left by a bench in a park in Northwest Kansas.

I lost my red bolt cutter while working on some yard projects in the park area in Northwest KS. I think I accidentally left it by one of the benches while taking a break. It has some scratches on the handle and a small piece of duct tape near the hinge. It’s pretty heavy, but it’s been a lifesaver for my ongoing home improvement projects.
