Found black leather briefcase containing papers near the town square in Northwest Kansas.

Description

I found a black leather briefcase while I was walking my dog near the town square in Northwest KS. It looks quite new and has a few important-looking papers inside but no personal identification. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner, as it might contain sensitive information.
