14k white gold ring with sapphire, engraved inside

I lost my 14k white gold ring with a small sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Sternberg Museum parking lot on the Fort Hays State University campus in Hays, Northwest Kansas. It’s a slim bezel-set sapphire about 4mm across, and there’s a tiny nick on the outside near the 7 o'clock position. Inside the band there’s a delicate engraving 'M.P.' that my grandmother helped me pick out. It was a gift from her, and it means a lot to me—this ring carries real sentimental value and I really need to get it back.
