My name is Lena Brooks, and I lost several Quilts around 4:15 p.m. last Tuesday near the Rome Community Center on Broad Street, in Northwest Georgia. They’re handmade heirlooms: floral fabrics, a bright blue patch, and a small quilt that traveled with us to church bazaars. I spent months piecing these together for family gatherings, so you can imagine how it aches to think they’re out there somewhere.
