Found black leather wallet on a park bench in Northern Panhandle containing cards and cash.

I found a black leather wallet on a park bench in Northern Panhandle while I was out for a walk. It looks like it has a few cards and some cash inside, but I didn't look too closely. I hope the owner can describe it and get it back. I wish I could remember which bench it was on, so I could tell them exactly where to go.
