Found a dark brown leather briefcase left on a bench in a park near the Northern Panhandle.

I found a dark brown leather briefcase while walking my dog in the park near the Northern Panhandle. It was sitting on a bench and appeared to be left behind. The briefcase is quite worn, but it still seems functional. Inside, there are some documents and a laptop present, which suggests it might belong to someone who was working in the area. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner.
