Blue Samsonite suitcase with orange tag, lost

I lost my royal-blue Samsonite carry-on, 22 inches, hard-shell with a few scuffs and a dent on the top edge. It has an orange luggage tag with my initials 'AP' on the handle and a faded 'Sunset Marathon 2018' sticker on the back. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Kroger on Main Street in Wheeling, in the Northern Panhandle, near the cinema entrance. It contains travel documents and a lightweight scarf that belonged to my grandmother, so it carries a lot of sentimental value. If anyone found it, I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back—I really need it back for an upcoming trip.
