I found a silver Casio wristwatch this afternoon around 3:20pm outside the Centre Market entrance on Market Street in downtown Wheeling, in the Northern Panhandle. It has a black dial, a blue nylon strap, and a small scratch near the 2 o'clock marker. The back is engraved with initials 'AR,' a pretty distinctive detail. It's in decent shape, just a tad dusty from the sidewalk. I know how easy it is to misplace a watch, so I'm hoping to see it reunited with its owner.

It's a slender, about 7 inches long, slightly tarnished bracelet with a round sun charm and the turquoise bead catching the sun. The back of the sun charm has a faint initial 'L' etched on it. The back of the charm is engraved with an 'M', and the clasp has a tiny sun motif that’s noticeable in the right light. It's a slender bezel-set sapphire ring, about a size 6, with a couple of micro scratches from wear and a faint wavy pattern along the outside edge.
